Vagina Definition
Genital canal in females. Together with
the cavity of the uterus, it forms the birth canal. In most virgins, its
external opening is partially closed by a thin fold of tissue (hymen),
which has various forms, not all of which significantly obstruct the
opening. The vagina's lining thickens and thins during the menstrual
cycle (see menstruation) in response to estrogen from the ovaries, being
thickest and most elastic during ovulation and pregnancy. Its normally
slightly acid environment discourages disease-causing microorganisms.
Thick, elastic muscle walls accommodate movement of the penis during
intercourse and passage of a child during delivery. A mucuslike fluid
seeps through them for lubrication during sexual arousal. Vaginal
disorders include bacterial and fungal infections (e.g., sexually
transmitted diseases, candida), vaginitis, sores (see ulcer), and
prolapse.

Parts of Vagina
The vagina is the actual 'waterway' that
leads from the cervix to the outside (well, to the vulva). Just above to
be precise the urethra, which connects to the bladder.
Above that again, there is the clitoris and the folds around that are
the labia minora and majora.
I'm pretty sure you can lately type in to google furrow to get a better
notion.
Don't have a sneaking suspicion that of it as parts, think of it as one,
as a total. It's a beautiful flower....alright that's satisfactory!
First nearby is the external genitals. These consist of the Mons Pubis,
the labia majora, and minora. Next between the minora lies the
vestibule, and superior to that lies the opening to the urethra or the
meatus. only just below the meatus lies the openings of the skenes
glands. Above the urethra lies the clitoris covered by the prepuce. The
introitus is the actual first night of the vagina and the vagina is the
sheath or tube that leads to the cervix of the uterus.
The vagina is simply one part of the womanly reproductive system, the
system has copious parts, inside the vaginal canal at the top is the
cervix which is an gap point to the uterus, access to the vaginal canal
is made through the labia core and minor, these are the basic
structures, payment attention in class to swot up more!
1) Labia Majora - First thing,
preddy much, ample soft outer lips of the vagina.
2) Clitoris - At the top (closest
to belly button), inside a clitoral hood.
3) Labia Minora - Inside the
larger jaws, mostly pinkish, varies contained by size.
4) urethra - The hole used for
urination, really needs to be spread to see it.
5) Vaginal Opening - Close to
anus, this is where on earth you "stick it"
6) "G Spot" - About 2 inches into
the vaginal opening against the wall of the urethra. Spongy texture.
7) Cervix - Opening into uterus,
if you hit this you are a "big man", cause pain, this is hermetically
sealed when the woman is pregnant.
8) Uterus - (womb) Where babies
form when women get pregnant.
9) Fallopian Tubes - "Passages"
into the ovaries
10) Ovaries - Store ovum "eggs". |
